• What should I bring for my dog’s boarding? — Please bring a blanket, food + instructions for feedings, bowls if your pet uses a specific slow feeder.
• What can I expect during my dog’s boarding? — Ali is available to play with pets for most of the day, but some days will be gone from 10AM – 3PM for midday drop-ins. You can expect to get photos of your pet enjoying their stay and check-ins every morning.
• What can I expect during my dog’s walk? — Ali will send a screenshot of the route, a photo, and updates on both water/food and any pee/poop that happens.
• What can I expect for my pet’s drop-in service? — Ali will check to make sure there is plenty of water available and food if it’s during a feeding time, and let outside pets out or check litterboxes for indoor pets.
• What should I do if I have to extend a booking? — First, make sure you are safe! Then contact Ali as soon as you can to ensure you are both on the same page about what changes will be made to the schedule.
• What about special requests? — We are usually happy to handle special requests within reason. Feel free to ask any questions so that we can both make sure your pet has appropriate and quality care, just like they deserve.
